Input and maintain all prospect activity in computer database.• Assist prospective residents in the application process and review applications to assure they comply with established criteria.• Coordinates move-in procedures for new residents according to facility policy, working staff, and other departments to assure accommodations are in agreed upon condition.• Maintain records of current and prospective vacancies and prioritize apartment readiness based on need.• Work together with the Executive Director in developing and implementing the Sales/Marketing plan and budget for both Independent and Assisted Living to include all objectives of advertising, promotions and public relations.• Attend Leadership Forum, daily department head meetings, Masonicare Marketing meetings and other meetings at the request of the Executive Director.
