Precision Profiles is a leading supplier of steel & non-ferrous materials, fasteners, tools, and laser & profile-cutting services, serving more than 2,500 live OEM and sub-contract precision engineering customers across a variety of engineering-related sectors including aviation, automotive, defence, oil and gas as well as the construction industry. Primarily, my role is to identify opportunities for new business whilst also developing and increasing spend of existing customers. My activity includes anything from following up on low-hanging fruit such as inbound enquiries I have bid on, or calling a list of lapsed or low-spending customers accumulated over the 30+ years Precision Profiles has been in the industry - with the aim of promoting them to a higher-spending, regular customer.
