I am an experience people leader who has managed teams varying in strength and size. Across my 10 years as a people leader I have gained many skills from the different industries I have worked in. I am extremely proud of the work I have done along with the many achievements I have accomplished along the way. I pride myself on self development, always working hard to be the best individual possible in order to deliver results with impact. I have recently decided to become a self employed estate agent with The Good Estate Agent to develop my skills in managing budgets, business planning and marketing. Some of my proud moments are; increasing employee engagement, launching new products to consumers, working with exciting external stakeholders, gaining a new self confidence and being recognised and celebrated by my peers and colleagues.
