About Jake Collins
I am a fourth year student studying finance at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. I am also pursuing a Minor in Sustainability at the School of Environment and Natural Resources. I am an active member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity and served as the Recruitment Chair. I am a graduate of the Dunn Sports and Wellness Scholars program, where I plan to stay involved, and have previously served as a second year mentor. I work as a Teaching Assistant for introductory accounting classes with Professor Marc Smith within the Fisher College of Business. I thoroughly enjoy working in a team setting and have been involved in group environments all throughout my life. In college, I have tried to take initiative in any situation that I felt I could contribute to as a leader. These settings have provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills as a problem solver as well as becoming better at utilizing individual members strengths in a way to maximize group efficiency. In my free time I love to cook, watch movies, read books, and stay active. I am very passionate about the environment and spend as much time in nature as possible.
