As a Project Manager for Caldwell Companies, Jake Carr is responsible for total project management including pre-construction activities, controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. Jakes experience includes managing ground up building construction and tenant improvements ranging from $150K -$50MM. These projects include Multi-family, office & retail spaces, athletic facilities and medical offices. He has a great ability to work with the project team to develop and manage accurate budgets, efficient schedules, and produce the highest quality projects.
