Program Manager, Culture and Belonging
Sep 2024 — Present · Erlanger, KY, US
As the program manager of culture and belonging at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, I support the implementation of key initiatives to foster an inclusive organizational culture. My role involves collaborating with leadership to develop educational programs, research and data analysis, coordinating Associate Resource Groups, and enhancing belonging and engagement effortsAchievements have included:•Designed an allyship program with LGBT+, Veteran, and Neurodiversity pathways where participants completed asynchronous and synchronous learning to receive keepsakes (pins and stickers) resulting in effect sizes of 1.81+ across all outcome areas and a Net Promoter Score of 79 after pre-and-post evaluation. •Developed and facilitated an 11-month inclusive leadership pathway program to develop 33 high-performing managers\' cultural intelligence and inclusive leadership skills, achieving a 74+ Net Promoter Score and increases in all short-term outcome areas.•Analyzed Press Ganey engagement data across the system using a demographic lens to discover key opportunities, including a positive correlation of 0.642 between perception of workplace inclusion and care of patients as individuals with specific needs. •Discovered a gap in HealthStream for veteran and LGBT+ cultural competency and collaborated with associate resource groups to develop asynchronous learning using instructional design software, Captivate, saving over $120K annually based on vendor proposals.•Collaborated with Clinical Pastoral Education, and Spiritual and Pastoral Care to ensure culturally competent acknowledgments of inpatient veterans. •Updated Culture and Belonging communication strategy to ensure greater connection to Associate Resource Groups and representation of associates leading to significantly greater engagement with media. •Designed and implemented an Associate Resource Group funding process to ensure greater funding transparency, resulting in a 113% increase in activity.
