I help leaders across all industries globally use technology to achieve their goals, which allows me to see what\'s working and what\'s not working and to fully understand the technology in the context of what real people and organizations need in the real world to be successful.My life experience has equipped me with the necessary perspective to link technology, people and culture, and business strategy, enabling me to offer distinctive insights to those I interact with. I actively build using the same tools and technology that I talk about, which keeps my perspective grounded in reality and allows me to have a fundamental understanding of what the technology is, its true capabilities, and the real problems it can solve. My leadership background and proven track record of successful executive engagements enable me to separate hype from reality and provide guidance that is accurate, effective, and relevant to those who need to produce results.The leverage AI brings to an organization should not be underestimated. But the hype has created a new wave of AI experts. Vet them thoroughly. Ask them tough questions. Request that they show what they have built or what people they have advised have built. Involve your technology teams in the process. Results don\'t come from polished slide decks. They come from hard-earned experience.
