I founded and currently serve as the Chair of a medium-sized food redistribution organisation, Honiton Foodsave. Set up with the aim of reducing food waste and food poverty concurrently, I have worked hard to grow the organisation from a simple idea to a committee-based group with nearly a dozen supermarket partners in East Devon and South West Somerset.
