Assists clients with management system development, training, technical writing and auditing services; specializing in assisting manufacturing companies’ management system implementations (achieving ISO certification.) Lately a lot of work has spent getting clients to integrate multiple ISO standards as well as Lean principles into a comprehensive management system; leveraging the framework of the 2015 standard/ High Level Structure ISO update; which has added value in areas such as prioritization of work, value stream mapping and delegation of roles and responsibilities throughout their organizations. Have worked in the food & beverage, automotive, chemical, aerospace, packaging, logistics/ transportation, service and tech industries. Commonalities in all client work include documentation development (SOP’s, Work Instructions, Forms/ Records, Policies and Objectives), developing effective internal audit, corrective action and risk analyses programs (HACCP, PFMEA/ Control Plan, Aspect & Impact, Hazard Analysis), replacing antiquated/ defunct document control software with modern QMS software suites with automated workflows and collaborative workspaces to help my clients better keep up with tasks ranging from meeting outputs to complex corrective action and to management of safety critical functions. Have a track record of getting any client through any audit (ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, ISO 220021, ISO 14001, 45001, corporate IMS, Military, Regulatory), however the focus is always on adding value to my client’s business or operation through their management system. Compliance is much easier.
