Leverage Global Business Resources to support in building out respective dashboards/reporting mechanisms, while ensuring as much automation as possible. •Develop strategic frameworks, methodologies, and templates to guide improved decision making in the design, development deployment of the Global Data Function’s portfolio of offerings to the business such as projects, tests/learn rankings & ROI visibility. •Collaborate with a team of Global Business Services resources to populate/implement the tools and/or needed dashboards like the PepsiCo Enterprise Data Governance Tool. •Help set business affordability goals, related strategies, improving relevant processes, and tracking/analyzing the competitive positions to ensure the Global Data Function is cost-competitive and relevant. •Partner with Enterprise Data Governance Program Management & Activation to design/build data domain baselines, heatmaps, performance methodologies/metrics and more. •Coordinate cross-section data strategy discussions and advise on ROI specific topics. •Work on frameworks such as Decision Frameworks, Value Frameworks, Business Case Templates for complex and sophisticated data projects. •Strategic advisor in building out the Global Data Function’s Portfolio Process, which helps continuously manage focus & priorities and fact-based justification. •Manage ROI & Monetization team projects by promoting effective collaboration/communication plans ensuring project execution. Prepare team status reports by gathering, analyzing, & summarizing relevant information for distribution to upper management.
