Started my carrier in the year 1998 with Siddha group of companies, as manager (projects and maintainance) and Constructed the best Commercial project of Kolkata namely \"SIDDHA POINT,\"in the year in 2001 associated with Heritage realty Group as manager projects and contructed the Best residential building of kolkata namely \"HERITAGE MAYFAIR\'.for which recived Brick and Mortar award in the year 2004.Then involved in execution of Sherwood Estate a residential complex consisting of 1.5 million sq.ft having 1600 flats Clubhouse and a mall with multiplex.then involved in Heritage Srijan Park Consisting of 221 flats,Then constructed Heritage Srijan Towers,Trinity,Astral,Heritage Princes,Parkside Residencyand number of Projects. In 2007 Bengal Shrachi Group(Kolkata) A partner in South City Projects Kolkata hired me for Crisis Management of South City Projects Kolkata having A mall and 4residential towers of B+G+35 Stories and sucessfully completed the same in given time and handed over. In 2008 they given me a new assignment to manage their township project in Burdwan west bengal India, namely Renaissance on 256 acres of land, Which I have managed successfully. Now I am working with Riya Group a Diversified group as Executive Director to operate their entire realestate operation. My main Goal is to be an realestate entrepreneur.
