Currently working as an AI Engineer at EXL, contributing to both client delivery and internal R&D projects involving LLMs, RAG, and multimodal AI. I developed a document intelligence pipeline for an insurance client using AWS Textract, LLaMA, Phi-4, and EXL’s proprietary models to extract structured medical data. I also built Lambda-based field extractors with batching, post-processing, and evaluation against ground truth. In R&D, I created a multimodal fashion search engine using hybrid BM25 + ColBERT retrieval and tested models like CLIP, SigLIP, and Cohere. I further developed a video Q&A assistant powered by Gemini 2.0 and Cohere embeddings, enabling frame-aware conversational queries. Currently, I’m working on a credit memo generation system using agentic RAG workflows with tools like AutoGen.
