Company has gone public in 2021 and got listed on the Indian Stock Exchanges.As a part of the Inside sales team, I am responsible for - End-to-end sales (right from receiving the leads in CRM, qualifying and nurturing them, get them moving through different stages- pre-sales along with counter pre-sales/tech teams, sharing quotation/proposal, negotiation driving to closure) with an aim to generate revenue through SME accounts. In this role, I am also responsible for understanding different business use cases from the prospects in order to suggest them right product or solution and fulfill their business requirements- Demand generation by outreaching the large enterprise accounts/customers, engaging with and setting up meetings with C-level professionals, VPs, SVPs and directors via calls, emails, linkedIn/WhatsApp. Sending them right set of information to create a doorstep for our enterprise sales team to generate large revenues- Moreover, building and maintaining relationship with clients, following a consultative approach along with contributing to the revenue for the company directly or indirectly.
