As the Lead HR Business Partner for one of our key manufacturing sites, I partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business priorities—enabling performance, culture, and continuity for a 600+ strong workforce.I lead end-to-end talent acquisition at the site, consistently closing 90%+ roles through internal channels. This has significantly reduced external dependency while ensuring speed, cost-efficiency, and quality of hire. I’ve also introduced a real-time, Pan India recruitment tracker to streamline hiring operations and strengthen workforce planning.Currently, I’m driving Succession Planning across all functions at our Indore site, working closely with leaders to identify future-ready talent across immediate, 1–2 year, and 3–5 year horizons. This initiative is building leadership depth and ensuring long-term business continuity.In parallel, I’m leading the Career Ladder initiative across India—a strategic framework aimed at putting the right talent in the right place. This model brings transparency to career progression, supports structured capability development, and ensures talent is hired and grown at the right levels across functions.I also anchor campus hiring and early talent programs, creating pathways for long-term retention and internal mobility. My engagement initiatives focus on creating inclusive, high-energy environments where people feel valued, recognized, and connected—from milestone celebrations to culture-driven campaigns.With strong business alignment and a people-first mindset, I strive to build HR practices that are future-focused, data-driven, and rooted in trust.
