Produced and implemented Procedures, Quality Control / Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method of statement & Welding procedure specification (WPS) • Performed as required by ITP and documented all the inspections in the appropriate formats. • Liaised with the Engineering and Project personnel, Client’s Inspectors, Subcontractors, and Third-Party Inspectors when required. • Examined / Witnessed the Finished welds by five basic NDT methods: Visual, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, and Radiographic & Prepared Inspection Reports. • Carried out weld procedure, production test, and general parameter monitoring using the accepted methods and equipment.
