I am a Licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist with M.Phil from NIEPID (NIMH) and, M.Sc. Health Psychology from UOH, Hyderabad and an Arts Based Therapy Practitioner & a Mindfulness coach With an experience of over 7 years in the field of Rehabilitation and Mental Health. My work is related to identification, assessments and designing tailor made interventions for children, Adolescents and Adults in various areas related to development, learning differences, life skills training, stress-anger management, mindfulness, Social Emotional Learning and so on. I have set up SandGrains Psychological Services- A virtual centre through which I am actively into conducting workshops/training for various schools, colleges, parents and children; online consultations for children and various research activities.
