Senior leader of leaders with over 2 decades of experience in the manufacturing sector leveraging both innate and learned understanding of separation principles to help develop, design, and produce industry-leading processing technologies used throughout many industries. I joined Eriez as a laboratory assistant. Over time, Eriez selected me for positions of increasing responsibility including an overseas 3-year secondment where I successfully ran a wholly-owned international business unit. As managing director of a small company, I quickly learned the critical details of operations including many aspects of human resources, accounting and finance, budgeting, negotiation of terms and conditions, sales strategy and risk mitigation. Having returned to the USA, I took over managing Eriez numerous international operations and then became Eriez Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all global operations. Most recently, I was promoted to CEO through a planned transition.
