Through its enterprise platform Compfie (Simpliance Remo), it delivers end-to-end statutory compliance support across sectors.Key Responsibilities (Current): Statutory Compliance Management • Ensuring compliance with all applicable central and state labour laws. • Tracking legal updates and revising internal processes accordingly. • Coordinating with Operations and CPC teams to maintain statutory registers, abstracts, and legal notices. Client Handling – Heisetasse Beverages Pvt Ltd (Third Wave Coffee) • Handling complete statutory compliance for Third Wave Coffee, a fast-growing pan-India café chain. • Managing compliance documentation for 150+ outlets across multiple states. • Ensuring timely filing of returns such as EPF, ESI, LWF and Professional Tax. • Taking care of license renewals and adherence to local/state-specific labour laws. • Providing periodic compliance status reports and supporting internal audit processes. • Acting as the key point of contact for compliance queries and labour inspections. Payroll Compliance & Reporting • Preparing and submitting EPF, ESI, LWF and PT challans within the required deadlines. • Handling statutory inspections and audits, and responding to notices or summons from authorities. Documentation & Risk Mitigation • Maintaining accurate compliance records, agreements, and statutory submissions. • Supporting process improvement initiatives through ECS and PCS ticketing systems. • Keeping internal teams and clients informed about important legal changes and best practices.
