As a head coach at Nike Portland, I lead, coach, drive and inspire a team of over 40 associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. I have over 5 years of experience in coaching and developing talent at Nike, where I have successfully implemented various training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of my team.My passion for talent management and development stems from my academic background in human sports performance and business conditioning, which I obtained from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I also have a strong interest in retail operations and team building, which I have honed through my previous role as a core operations manager within the Nike Track Stretch Program.My mission no matter the role is to empower my team to achieve their personal and professional goals, while creating a positive and inclusive culture.
