With nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources, I am committed to building high-performing teams for Lovehoney Group, the global leader in sexual wellness. As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and People Analytics, I drive the company’s recruitment strategy, ensuring that our processes, tools, and approaches enable us to attract top-tier talent across all regions. I lead a diverse team of specialists and analysts, empowering them to deliver excellence while maintaining a focus on candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction. My strategic initiatives include integrating global HRIS solutions, leveraging AI to enhance recruitment efficiency, and implementing data-driven practices to support organisational growth.Before joining Lovehoney, I led the Talent Acquisition Tech function at AUTO1 Group, where I managed high-volume technical recruitment and introduced agile methodologies to streamline processes. I hold a Master of Science in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University and am fluent in four languages (native Spanish, with professional proficiency in Italian and English).
