Designed a mobile-first UX concept for Feeding America focused on helping users quickly locate food assistance with minimal confusion or cognitive overload-Conducted UX analysis to identify navigation breakdowns, repetitive ZIP-based flows, and gaps in eligibility and SNAP guidance-Created clear user flows and wireframes for key experiences including Find Food Near Me, SNAP Assistance, and Make a Difference-Improved usability and clarity through visual cards, stronger CTAs, and pre-search onboarding that sets expectations before user input-Iterated from low- to high-fidelity designs in Figma, applying accessibility, brand guidelines, and usability testing insights in collaboration with teammates and mentors.
