Jairin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) based in Nevada, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support neurodivergent individuals. She earned her Doctorate in Medicine and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology internationally (Philippines) and is certified by the Educational Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates in the U.S. Her personal journey with autism led her to pursue ABA at the Florida Institute of Technology, becoming a BCBA in 2015 and transitioning from medicine to the field of Behavior Analysis. With over a decade of experience, Jairin provides evidence-based interventions, parent guidance, and professional mentorship to teams of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). She is also a dedicated healthcare advocate for cultural neurodiversity, ensuring inclusive, respectful, and individualized care.
