To utilize my team leadership skills in combination with my comprehensive graphic design, prepress and web experience working with innovative and challenging projects. With over 14 years of experience I have had the opportunity to manage teams from 2 to 9 artists coordinating workflow with internal teams including account managers, photographers, proof readers and art directors, externally with printer partners, freelancer writers and clients. Developed and wrote all internal procedures to be used across internal teams. My experience enables me to approach any issue with different perspectives and talk (and listen) to all key players involved in the process.
