Product development: we were able to develop a local power-rig which is used for placing LockBolts, a permanent fastener (better than machine screws). this unit was imported previously, conditions of supply became difficult and expensive and accepting the challenge i lead the project and successfully developed the power rig. Hand-held Gun: this tool was used to place a large lockbolt. this tool was imported but it was very heavy and expensive and we were not able to sell this tool in the market. we took the challenge and developed a new design tool for Indian markets. less expensive and lighter in weight. Developed pan-India Market for Blind Fasteners/Screws with own team and developed channel partners.
