Through our Omakase Berry, Koyo Berry, and Rubī Tomato, we deliver exceptional, always-in-season produce that delights consumers and sets new standards for taste and freshness.By strategically leveraging advanced technology and cultivation methods, Oishii has redefined traditional farming. Our climate-controlled farms utilize robotics, AI, and proprietary pollination systems to achieve yields 20 times higher than conventional methods, powered primarily by renewable solar energy. This approach ensures hyper-local, pesticide-free, non-GMO produce and establishes Oishii as a leader in sustainability and operational excellence.I am responsible for strategically managing facilities, maintenance, and end-to-end farm operations, including:• Driving Facilities, Maintenance, and Farm Operations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.• Ensuring rigorous compliance with food safety standards and policies to mitigate risk and protect brand integrity.• Overseeing multiple farm locations and teams across New Jersey, supporting strategic expansion.• Developing a centralized 24/7 command center for proactive, data-driven farm systems oversight.• Leading operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, production, quality, and cost optimization.• Utilizing analytics to maximize efficiency, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement.• Mentoring and developing high-performing teams aligned with Oishii’s strategic objectives and values.• Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer fulfillment and drive business growth.• Championing the adoption of advanced technologies and automation to maintain industry leadership.
