Coordinate, manage, supervise and assist in the development of health and welfare benefits activities for the City of Miami. Responsible for taking a pro-active, leadership role in coordinating the group insurance program by balancing the needs of the employees and retirees with the long-range affordability of the program. Supervise group benefits staff and lead enrollment meetings and taking ownership of any problems or initiatives that arise.
