Some of my key responsibilities inlcude payroll management, proccess design, continuous improvement of HR processes, management of employee lifecycle processes. I also manage key HR processes like management of employee database, seperation, joining, transfers etc. for Infosys Globally. I also manage the largest variable pay program for the Company, which covers close to 100K employees across 20 countries. I also handle HR MIS for Infosys group.
