As an engineer specializing in Python with over five years of experience, I design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems and AI-driven applications. I hold a B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering from Delhi and an Advanced Certification in Machine Learning and Cloud from IIT Madras.At Aistra Labs, I architect Python-based solutions for real-time contact center interactions, integrating sentiment analysis, human-in-the-loop workflows, and domain-specific intelligence. Previously, at InfoEdge (Naukri.com), I led the development of the Naukri Chatbot in Python, significantly reducing response latencies and increasing user engagement. I leverage Python’s rich ecosystem—for machine learning, API design, and asynchronous processing—to address complex challenges and deliver exceptional user experiences.
