Automation & Controls Engineer specializing in PLC-based industrial automation and large-scale commissioning projects.I am an Automation and Controls specialist with 4+ years of experience delivering end-to-end industrial automation solutions as a Systems Integrator across automotive, food & beverage, packaging, logistics, and material handling industries.My technical expertise includes Allen-Bradley PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, motion control, functional safety, MES integration, industrial robotics (FANUC – introductory level), and machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, IFM and more). I specialize in taking projects from initial design and programming through on-site commissioning and successful SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and Go-Live.Key project experience includes leading commissioning for a large-scale food processing facility in the U.S. involving 29 robotic cells, and co-leading commissioning for a high-throughput distribution and warehouse automation project for a global logistics organization. I have consistently led and executed projects across greenfield design, system programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer handover across multiple manufacturing environments.I am comfortable working as both an individual contributor and an experienced team lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting tight commissioning schedules, and resolving complex automation and controls issues on the plant floor.I am seeking Automation Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Specialist, or Systems Integrator roles in Canada and the United States.
