I also interned with Marpu Foundation, where I supported end-to-end recruitment activities and maintained accurate HR records, strengthening my foundation in hiring operations and HR administration.I hold a B.Com from the University of Delhi and am currently pursuing an MBA from Lovely Professional University. I am keen to grow in HR Operations, HRBP roles, and HR Analytics, leveraging tools like Excel and data analysis to drive efficient, people-focused HR processes.
