As a member of the senior management team, I work closely with the President and Board of Directors to provide strategic vision, develop new programs, and expand audiences. Additionally, I serve as an ambassador for our client organizations in the community through public presentations, building and maintaining partnerships with local and national audiences, donors, and artists. My responsibilities include managing programs and budgets for key initiatives in collaboration with major cultural institutions in Detroit, operating a fund to develop capacity-building programs, facilitating arts education partnerships for K-12 youth programs, reviewing and adjudicating grant proposals, and curating professional development workshops for artists.
