   At Dibber, I work as a Graphic and Visual Designer in the Global Marketing Team, where I’ve the opportunity to be part of the first design team within the Global Marketing Center. This role allows me to lead a wide range of design projects and also take on mentoring responsibilities by supporting and guiding new designers in the team.Collaborating with country managers across six global regions, I lead creative initiatives spanning print media, digital marketing (ads and social media), website design, spatial graphics, animation, and video production, all aimed at ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication. I introduced innovative design approaches, including motion graphics and AI-powered tools, to elevate visual storytelling and audience engagement. Additionally, I streamlined workflows by implementing Canva and helping build a scalable design system to boost team productivity. Working closely with the Global Brand Team, I contributed to the development of new brand elements and templates to maintain consistency across all markets. I also played a key role in designing marketing materials for the launch of 10+ preschools across India, helping establish a strong and cohesive brand presence across regions.
