As the owner of the reputation service, which multiple teams depend on to enhance the protection of the mailflow, I successfully improved the existing service by reducing the batch processing time of 400 records from ~2 minutes to just 4 seconds. By redesigning a stream processing pipeline, I also improved the scaling of data processing, resulting in an overall reduction of processing time from over 20 hours to less than 6 hours. In addition, I enhanced the service\'s robustness by capturing diagnostics information to build monitors and dashboards, which helped reduce the service level agreement (SLA) of resolving issues from days to hours.
