As an International Peer Mentor at BU, I serve as a welcoming guide for new international students as they adjust to university life in a new country. From hosting orientation activities to providing ongoing peer support, my goal is to ease their transition—academically, socially, and culturally.In this role, I help students feel at home by answering questions, sharing campus resources, and simply being someone they can rely on. I also work alongside the Global Programs team to ensure every student feels included, confident, and part of a larger community. Being part of IPM has allowed me to build meaningful connections and contribute to a more supportive and diverse campus experience.
