Hi! I’m Jaimie (pronounced JAY-ME)— I’m a People Enablement and education leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling learning, leadership, and operational systems at the intersection of education, innovation, and equity.I specialize in operationalizing people-centered strategies—translating vision into clear, scalable systems that support learners, employees, and leaders through growth and change.
