About Jaimie McIntyre Horstman

As a Supply Chain Leader, I help CPG companies grow both the top and bottom line through improved service, lower cost, and efficient delivery of new innovation. Notably, I currently lead the supply chain for Procter & Gamble\'s Febreze business, managing 575+ SKUs and 300 customers across North America, using my personal “grit”, talent development, and data analytics to solve problems at every node. I build a culture of predictive analytics that turns complex issues into simple, visualizations that both enhance team efficiencies and enable quicker executive decision making. I also develop talent that supports this culture and helps build momentum for the future. But perhaps the most important value I can bring to a CPG company is my grit and tenacity. I strive daily to keep myself and my team “In the Arena” and will not stop until the problem is solved. In my most recent roles, I used both predictive and root cause analytics to influence C-suite leaders at our customer in the areas of out-of-stock improvement and on time deliveries. Together, we implemented solutions that delivered >$10M incremental sales and 8% improvement in on time deliveries. I increased service by 9% in one year by leading a SWAT team effort to triage service outages and solve each one to root cause. I also decreased product cost by > 2% by building accountability for savings into our product innovation pipeline. These contributions have helped enable a minimum of 9% improvement on both top and bottom-line growth for the last 5 years. My core competencies include supply chain management, inventory management, operational and strategic planning, customer logistics, and transportation efficiency. Moreover, I have proven success in driving breakthroughs in out-of-stock analytics, supply chain transformation and costreduction, resulting in improved service levels and increased sales.Additionally, I’m highly skilled in communications, having managed the communication platform for P&G supply chain employees as well as the internal and external communications of our Chief Supply Chain Officer.I\'m passionate and dedicated to fostering strategic growth and operational excellence within the P&G supply chain, yet I’m ready to expand my horizons and to lead transformative initiatives for other organizations seeking sustainable growth. Let’s connect to explore opportunities for shared success and a more certain future for yourorganization.
