Main responsibilities include:1. Overall responsibility for order execution including claims management. Developing / maintaining relationships & interfaces with supporting functions (Sales/Tendering, Purchasing, Resourcing, Logistics, Finance & HR) to achieve project deliverables on time and on budget.2. Taking a lead role in Sales/Operations handover meetings ensuring all critical information is identified, recorded & distributed to relevant personnel and all supporting functions are engaged.3. Devising and executing project plans for allocated orders, with clear dependencies, actions, and schedules for completion.4. Conducting customer kick-off meetings at start of projects and customer close-out meetings at end of projects, ensuring projects are executed in a timely and professional manner.5. Acting as a single point of contact for all project communication, both internally & externally.6. Maintaining Project data in ERP system incl. accurate sales forecasting, changes to order value, extra works & completion date.7. Instructing, directing, motivating, supervising & monitoring the performance of all project team members incl. resourcing and site team, ensuring we meet the requirements of the project, customer & company regulations.8. Monitoring & communicating project deliverables through regular contract reviews, ensuring projects are on-schedule / on-budget.9. Identifying, communicating, and embedding lessons learned through project close out reviews (with supporting functions).10. Mentoring, coaching and supporting competency development of project teams.11. Leading identification and delivery of business benefits from improvement and optimization projects, including (but not limited to) project execution process, extra works process, invoicing process, timely cash collection, cost reduction, OTD, OCT, service quality & customer satisfaction improvement.
