I build operating models that help growing SaaS and FinTech organizations scale without losing clarity, accountability or momentum.I am a transformation and operations leader who works at the intersection of strategy and execution. I help organizations put the right structures, governance and ways of working in place so strategy doesn\'t stay theoretical, it shows up in how teams operate day to day.I think of operating models as the connective tissue of an organization: how teams are structured, how decisions get made, how work flows and how resources are allocated as the business grows. When those elements aren\'t designed intentionally, execution slows and complexity compounds. My work is focused on fixing that.Across high-growth SaaS and FinTech environments, I work with executive teams to solve systemic execution challenges by redesigning operating models, improving decision making and building systems that scale as complexity increases. I\'m often brought in when growth has outpaced structure and the organization needs clarity, consistency and leverage.What energizes me most is creating order out of complexity. I enjoy working in scale-up environments where there\'s real ambiguity, meaningful problems to solve and an opportunity to create enterprise-level impact through better operating design.
