ABOUT JAIMIE ANDERSON

Jaimie’s practice is focused on Intellectual Property law in the areas of patent prosecution, patent portfolio management, patent infringement, licensing, and related transactional matters. Jaimie\'s practice includes providing intellectual property counseling aligned with specific business objectives of the client. She has experience working with clients in leveraging intellectual property for competitive advantage, building commercially relevant patent portfolios, and navigating prior art and third party-intellectual property rights. Jaimie’s practice further includes worldwide patent and trademark portfolio development, intellectual property due diligence, patent infringement and validity analyses, and patentability and product clearance studies.As a member of the Pharma and BioPharma Litigation group, Jaimie provides client counseling related to large and small molecule pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, and methods of use including anti-HIV agents, oncolytic adenoviruses, CAR T-cells for cancer treatment using immunotherapy, genetically modified stem cells for cancer treatment, chemotherapeutic agents, oral contraceptives, hypothyroidism treatments, nanoparticle drug delivery systems, and anesthetic compositions. Beginning with product selection, Jaimie advises clients on design-around opportunities, performs patent landscape analyses, and provides non-infringement and invalidity analyses/opinions.
