II am the M&A Lead for the North American region within an Independent Power Producer (IPP), focused on energy transition and infrastructure investments across renewable power and related assets. I currently lead and support M&A and corporate development initiatives across utility-scale renewable energy assets and platform investments. My role spans the full transaction lifecycle, including investment screening, valuation coordination, due diligence management, structuring discussions, negotiation support, and execution through closing. Prior to my current role, I worked in strategy and M&A consulting at Accenture and KPMG, where I supported energy, utilities, and infrastructure clients on a range of projects including M&A strategy, transaction support, commercial due diligence, and market entry analysis. This experience provided a strong foundation in deal advisory, sector analysis, and transaction structuring across energy transition and infrastructure markets. Across both consulting and in-house M&A roles, I have developed a strong track record in: • Leading and supporting acquisitions and divestments in renewable energy and infrastructure • Coordinating cross-functional deal execution with technical, financial, and legal stakeholders • Evaluating investment opportunities across power generation and energy transition assets • Supporting portfolio optimization and platform-scale investment strategies My core focus is on energy transition infrastructure, particularly: • Renewable energy (solar, wind, storage) • IPP platforms and utility-scale power assets • Infrastructure and decarbonization-focused investments
