ABOUT JAIME LEDFORD
I am passionate about my role as Director of Program and Portfolio Management because I have the honor and privilege of working with various groups and departments towards efficient and effective outcomes for our bank\'s processes, people, and production! I initially joined Amegy as a Credit Analysts in the Banker Development Program (BDP). Upon graduation from the BDP, I took on the role of Supervisor of the BDP and found such joy in supporting, training, and guiding each incoming class and did so for 5 years. Then, I became the Manager of the BDP and enjoyed the task of steering the program and ensuring its various phases and desired outcomes were met. I oversaw around 200 employees over the course of my 10 years in BDP Management. In 2018 I become Sr. Business Program Manager overseeing special projects and process improvement initiatives. In 2025, I became Director of Program and Portfolio Management, adding in oversite to the Bank\'s Portfolio Management teams in Commercial, Private Banking, Not-for-Profit/Healthcare, and Corporate lending.
