About Jaimee Latorra
Empathetic, curious digital marketer with an analytical and customer-centric approach to solving problems. I have always been fascinated by the psychology behind marketing, and I love using data to help companies make decisions and exceed growth goals.Working on both the agency and client side of marketing has allowed me to gain a broad set of experiences and skills in the digital space. My time at an agency in Denver involved working with a variety of clients in different verticals (ecommerce, B2B, healthcare, etc) to drive meaningful results through both paid campaigns and content marketing. I am currently on the Growth Marketing team at Rover and lead our top-of-funnel media team. I own paid channels such as digital video, podcasting and TV (previously search + social) aimed at driving new pet parent bookings. My work has also extended to the Dog People blog and the Rover Store, where I grew affiliate partnerships, provided SEO recommendations and keyword research, ran Google shopping campaigns and provided analytics support. I previously ran our Paid Facebook/Instagram and App campaigns. I am certified in Google Ads, Analytics, Display and Shopping; also experienced in SQL and very handy in Excel/Sheets.Outside of my marketing experience, I\'ve spoken at a handful of conferences/workshops (Digital Summit, Seattle Interactive). I also guest lectured and assisted with lesson planning and grading for an advanced digital marketing course at University of Denver for four years. I was a co-lead of Rover’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for over three years. While on this committee, I led initiatives including the planning and facilitation of ongoing company-wide roundtable discussions covering topics such as race, gender identity, disability and more. I am passionate about creating a culture where people belong and are empowered to do their best work. When I’m not at work, you can find me doing anything active (running, cycling, hiking), throwing pottery, hosting bar trivia and spending time with my rescue dog, Enzo.
