Implementing Security Capability Maturity program focused on the maturation of security capabilities across the organization which includes measuring and tracking the progress being made against initiatives in the security strategic roadmap. The intent of the Maturity program is to monitor the spend on security technologies across the Centene enterprise to determine alignment with the overall security strategy and provide insight into overall cost and consumption trends to inform future budgets and decisions. The Maturity program will provide insight that will allow the team to assess the portfolio of security capabilities and determine, in conjunction with Security Risk Quantification, how much value is offered by capability compared to the level of spending. Coordinate with Security Assurance, Strategy, Risk Quantification, Risk Management, Governance, PMO, and Portfolio Management to develop reporting and dashboards as appropriate to provide insight into progress on the strategic roadmap and capability maturity trajectory.
