About Jaime Bitzenhofer
I lead a team of fundraising and marketing professionals as we strive to further the mission of the University of Cincinnati. As the manager of the UC Foundation’s Annual Giving staff and the UC Alumni Association\'s Integrated Marketing team, I cultivate strategic thinking, ask questions, foster a solution-based approach, challenge paradigms, drive creativity and excellence.With a dynamic staff of 10 FTEs, interns and 50+ student fundraisers, the team is structured like two in-house marketing agencies with distinct goals, fundraising and engagement. Consisting of brand managers, digital media specialists, project managers, frontline fundraisers and data and reporting experts, collectively we drive results by creating an inspiring and cohesive user experience for UC alumni and donors in all stages of our alumni to annual giving continuum. I am a member of the UC Alumni Association’s executive team charged with creating a strong team environment where members of the alumni engagement, integrated marketing and annual giving staff work together to support each other and further the mission of UC, the UC Alumni Association and the UC Foundation.
