About Jaime Wilson
I love learning and delivering results. I\'ve spent the last two decades in transportation and logistics which offers such a broad spectrum of problems, opportunities and constant changes.One of my strengths is as translator between business and technology teams. The balance in taking ideas from the business and morphing them to creative solutions within Tech has been my favorite past time in all of my roles. I also can host a lean Kaizen or brainstorm reviewing process with the best of them as process and technology weave tightly together with change management.Each of my roles has helped me gain new perspectives and balance my growth in all areas of the industry and skillsets necessary for each role. Since joining the Tech department I\'ve had the opportunity to test hypotheses in innovation and take an idea through to full implementation. I\'ve helped a start up team from conception of idea to pitch and provided leadership and developed the culture within the innovation team as we grew.As Product Director I have the responsibility to set the strategy, vision and execute upon those deliverables each year on our customer facing digital products. I have a strong track record of conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions that optimize operations, enhance customer experience and drive growth.
