ABOUT JAIME THOMPSON

I lead the commercial strategy and P&L for Dynamic Packaging across the eSky Group, including Thomas Cook, overseeing pricing, yield, aviation and trading through a high-performing team. My focus is on driving margin, conversion and revenue growth — setting pricing strategy and decision-making frameworks, leading annual planning and reforecasting, and identifying opportunities to grow ABV and improve margin mix. On the aviation side, I lead strategic airline contract negotiations, oversee seat capacity and API distribution, and manage senior supplier relationships across airlines and hotels to ensure our yield strategies support broader commercial objectives. I\'m passionate about building commercial capability — both within my team and across the wider business — and creating a culture of testing, continuous improvement and data-led decision making.I own the yield management tool end-to-end — setting the principles and strategy for its use and ensuring it\'s effectively embedded across commercial decision-making — and work closely with our Finance Business Partner to set Low Deposit values in line with trading conditions.
