About Jaime Stubbs
I serve in the mental health field as a current Prevention Specialist by creating initiatives to help others recover from various substance abuse conditions from alcohol, marijuana, and opioids. Within this role I travel to schools, faith based-organizations, workplaces and more to educate key communities on how to create drug-free environments while fostering effective prevention strategies. I completed two certification programs to enhance my skills and learning within the mental health field from participating as a cohort member in the Fall 2022 Trauma Healing Institute Facilitator Program and the Spring 2023 Trauma-Recovery certification with the School of Radical Healing. These revolutionary programs allowed me to gain the tools to assist others in various mental health related topics such as suicide, sexual abuse, depression and healing inter generational trauma.
