ABOUT JAIME SHAMONKI
I am the Chief Operating Officer of US Fertility, providing administrative and operational support for over 100 practice locations in 19 states across the US. My team is responsible for commercial, administrative and operational oversight of all USF clinics, laboratories and ambulatory surgical units. My teams also oversee the marketing, commercial operations, sales, procurement, and the enterprise Project Management Office, which facilitates integration of acquisitions/new practices, and grows enterprise value through multiple strategic initiatives and introduction of new life science services.Prior to joining USF I led the Clinical Strategy and Market Development team for CooperSurgical, a $1B+ revenue health company comprising medical device and life science services that address diverse Ob/Gyn, stem cell and fertility health solutions. For the preceding eight years, I was the Chief Medical Officer of Generate Life Sciences, a global life sciences company. During my tenure as a senior executive, our team realized a 7x revenue growth and completed numerous organic growth initiatives and 10+ life science acquisitions valued at >$750M. The successful execution and integration of Generate\'s growth strategy culminated in our 2021 acquisition by CooperSurgical. I am a board-certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist with unique clinical and industry expertise that includes reproductive medicine, tissue banking, stem cell/regenerative medicine, blood banking, clinical genetics and clinical laboratory management. As a clinical expert and thought-leader, I have national media experience in print and video, deep regulatory expertise, and have supervised/mentored basic science and translational research, including clinical trials and cellular therapy biologics development.
