I am a Results driven Engineering and Operations leader with global experience. I have experience establishing an engineering and operations strategy and the roadmap to achieve it.My leadership experience includes managing: Capital Delivery & Governance, PMO, Process Engineering, Front End Design, Qualification, Capital Procurement, Automation, Construction, Sustainability and Green Energy projects, EHS, Security, Facilities & Utilities, Manufacturing Maintenance and Sustainability. I have managed multi-Billion-dollar capital portfolios internationally. I have led teams at sites, regionally & globally. My teams and I have built state of the art green field facilities in the U.S, across Europe and Asia. We also executed major brown field expansions & improvement projects across the same continents. Throughout my career I have led the engineering scope for Mergers & Acquisitions. I have experience from the analysis phase through due diligence, purchase & integration phases.I have a strategic mindset forged from decades of on the field & hands-on experience. I have executed capital projects globally & across industries. In Ops. I have: implemented TPM, Lean based programs, have set up CMMSs for Maintenance & Metrology numerous times, have set up PMOs from scratch or improved from Excel driven programs. I have experience with OSHA inspections, Have been a front speaker during FDA and other regulatory inspections. I am an Eng. & Ops teams Transformation expert. • I have turned around engineering teams and performance to meet FDA compliance. • Delivered projects ahead of competitors for new product launches. My team beat other \"big pharma companies\" to market. We built the launch & then the growth facilities for major vaccines. • I excel at creating the required culture and disciple to deliver the company’s Objectives.
