Hello, everyone! Here are my highlights in 2025 so far.I am currently in my fifth semester of graduate school at Monroe University, maintaining an A average, which has been both challenging and rewarding. As a dedicated participant in the McKinsey Connected Leaders Academy, I continue to expand my leadership skills and professional network. Additionally, I am a graduate of the Northwell Health MAP-IT 1.0 Corporate Mentorship Program and, McKinsey Program, where I built influential and productive connections that have enriched my career.Throughout my time at MEETH, I had the privilege of leading the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Council, where I was committed to fostering inclusiveness and driving positive change within our community. This experience strengthened my leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning skills, preparing me for my next professional step.I am thrilled to continue my growth within Northwell Health as I transition into my new role as an Associate Care Manager at the Center for AIDS Research and Treatment (CART). This new chapter allows me to deepen my impact on patient advocacy, health equity, and community engagement, ensuring that every patient receives the care and support they deserve.I remain passionate about initiatives that uplift and educate communities, including my advocacy for The Bronx is initiative, which promotes literacy and education. I am also a proud participant of the AA/C, Latin, & Expression BERGs, where I actively contribute to fostering inclusivity, representation, and cultural awareness within Northwell Health.I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and contributing meaningfully to Northwell Health’s mission of excellence in care and inclusivity.
